If you think you will need more shirts than your original order, contact us as soon as possible. After 3 days, we can not guarantee that we can print additional shirts without a new minimum and/or set-up fees.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your imaginTEE T-shirt(s) for any reason, we will refund your purchase price up to 10 days from your delivered date. No restocking fees, no hassles! Applies to unwashed T-shirts only please. Before returning, please contact us via email or phone so we can try and resolve any issues.
Personalized and CustomTEEs are NOT returnable, unless it is because of a defect or error made by imaginTEE.
When returning merchandise, include your full name and order number. Be sure to ship via UPS or USPS with a confirmation/tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Please note: shipping charges are only refundable if your return is a result of an error made by imaginTEE.
IMPORTANT: If you qualified for a quantity discount and want to return an amount that changes the level of discount – we reserve the right to change the per piece rate. For example, you order 20 T-shirts at $8.99, and want to return four T-shirts that you had left over after the party – your discount level changes the per piece rate to $9.99 per T-shirt.
