Question: I want to order different color shirts and/or different sizes, but the same graphic T-shirt, do I still qualify for the quantity discount?
YES! You can order any combination of colors and sizes, as long as the graphic remains the same. So for example, you can order 5 size small in black, 2 size large in red and 1 size medium in navy all with the Shooting Target Laser Tag image and still get them for the $9.99 each. You will not qualify for the discount if you order 4 Shooting Target Laser Tag T-shirts and 4 Bowling Strike T-shirts.

Question: I don't know what size I should order.
This is the most common question we get. Please check out our sizing chart for more details. Then check your child's closet for other screen printed T-shirts, we use the industry standard, Hanes or Gildan Brand for 95% of all our orders - see if you have any other shirts with this brand. For adults, sizes are pretty true to size. Unless otherwise specified, all T-shirts are universal (men) sizes.

Question: Do the T-shirts really glow in the dark?
YES! Our glow-in-the-dark inks are custom-mixed to give you a variety of glow colors. In a black-light atmosphere, there is no need to energize our glow-in-the-dark T-shirts, they will automatically glow with the black-light. In a normal dark room, the ink needs to be energized with sunlight or room light and will then show a bright glow-in-the-dark effect in the dark. The longer you energize it, the longer and brighter it will glow.

The T-shirt material does NOT glow-in-the-dark, only the graphic printed glows.

We use high-quality 100% cotton T-shirts for all of our orders.

Question: I just placed an order, when can I expect to recieve my T-shirts?
Normal turn-around is 2-5 business days, plus shipping time (see UPS chart for estimates). If you need your order sooner, please let us know and we will accomodate the best we can. It helps if you supply your event date or need by date during check out.

Question: I like a design, and want a different color shirt but it isn't listed in the option?
We try to give the best selections available. We have chosen the color T-shirts that work best with each individual graphic. 

Question: I want to order a Birthday T-shirt, but would like a different ink color, is that possible?
Sometimes, please email us specific requests and we will do our best to accomodate your wishes.

Question: What is the difference between a T-shirt that is silk-screened vs. heat-transferred?
Silk-screening is a process of printing with plasitol inks that are permanently heat cured on the T-shirt. Silk-screened T-shirts will last and hold up for a very long time. Heat transferred graphics are printed from an inkjet printer on to a transfer sheet, then ironed on with a special heat iron or heat press. This results in a quick and cheap way to get a one-time shirt, but usually does not last long with multiple washings. Question: Can I design my own T-shirt?
We are happy to work with you on your own silk-screened T-shirt. It can glow in the dark, but it certainly doesn't have to. If you have a customized design or logo you would like to use, our graphic designer can work with you to create the T-shirt you want. Art requirements are: Preferred format is Illustrator EPS or vector format. High-resolution, min. 300 dpi JPG, TIF or PSD formats accepted but must be provided at actual size. (Please keep in mind that we are a family company and reserve the right to refuse any T-shirt designs which are obscene, etc.)

Question: I want something other than a T-shirt, can I get your design printed on something else?
Yes! We can supply hoodies, tank tops, ladies fitted T-shirts, sweatshirts, cheerleeder shorts, and more. Just tell us what you are looking for.

Question: I want to order an imaginTEE but my event is coming up quickly.
We are happy to work with you on delivery that meets your needs. We can expedite shipping if that is something you choose to do. Email us the details and we will try to create a schedule that works for both of us.
