• Preferred format is Illustrator EPS (CS3 or earlier) or vector format
   
• High-resolution, min. 300 dpi JPG, TIF or PSD formats accepted but must be provided at actual size.
   
• We can NOT accept artwork taken from a website. It is generally saved at 72 dpi, which is not print quality. Do not resize/blow up an image from 72 dpi to 300 dpi as it will still print badly (a pixeled image will look even more pixelated if blown up).
   
• If printing with glow-in-the-dark ink, artwork can NOT contain any half-tones, gradients, shadows or blends. Art must be solid colors, up to 4 colors. Four color process is not an option for glow-in-the-dark ink.

We use Adobe Illustrator CS3 and Adobe Photoshop CS3 as our primary graphics software. The preferred format is vector format, these are files that have been created in programs such as Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw.

CorelDraw files need to be "exported" as .ai files. We can not open native CorelDraw documents. To send us .ai files that have been created as .cdr files in CorelDraw, follow the "Break Apart" and "Convert to Curves" procedure as outlined above and then use the "EXPORT" command to save your file in .ai format.

If you are an Adobe Illustrator user, please save your files as Illustrator EPS files. Also convert all text to OUTLINES. This can be done simply by selecting the text and choosing the "Create Outlines" selection under the "Type" menu. It is very important that you do this, as we may not have your fonts on our system.

We also can use files created in Adobe Photoshop in their native .psd format. You can compress your files using a compression program like WinZip or Stuff-It.

We DO accept the following formats: Adobe Illustrator .ai or .eps, Photoshop .psd or .tif or JPG.

We can NOT accept the following formats: Microsoft Word .doc, Microsoft Publisher .pub, Microsoft Powerpoint .ppt or GIF files.

Our standard imprint sizes are:
- Full front or back imprint: varies from 8" X 8" to 10" X 10" depending on artwork.
- Chest/breast imprint: 3.25" X 3.25" to 4" X 4"
